About me

My journey into cake design began while running Mocha; a small cafe in Great Yarmouth town centre. What started as baking cakes for the counter quickly became a passion for creating bespoke celebration cakes that were every bit as exciting to look at as they were to eat. Before long, my hobby had grown into a full-time business, allowing me to combine creativity, craftsmanship and a love of storytelling through cake.

Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some incredible organisations and people. From movie launches to celebrities, musicals to magazines, this cake journey has taken me on a wild ride.
I’ve been commissioned to create cakes and sweet treats by the likes of Disney UK for the launch Encanto and Merlin Attractions at the opening of The Nook for East Coast Hospice. I’ve also had the privilege of serving my creations to the talented team at Industrial Light & Magic during their May the Fourth Star Wars celebrations, creating themed bakes inspired by a galaxy far, far away.

I’ve also had the joy of creating treats for stars of stage and screen including the casts of The Addams Family, The Great British Bake Off: The Musical and Kinky Boots, and I’ve had the pleasure of baking for celebrities including Carrie Hope Fletcher and Jason Flemyng. Alongside client work, I regularly challenge myself through competition, taking part in the prestigious Cake Off at Cake International, while my work has been recognised with multiple Vanilla Valley Cake of the Month awards.

I’m proud to have had my cakes featured in publications including Brides Magazine and Saracino Magazine, and I continue to push my creativity with every new commission. From my home studio in Caister, Norfolk, I create bespoke fondant cakes, carved cakes and handcrafted sugarpaste models for celebrations, weddings and corporate events, with every design made to tell a story that’s as unique as the people it’s created for.
